Overcoming Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are those recurring thoughts in our heads about how we aren’t good enough, smart enough, blah blah blah.  They are not the truth, yet they hit us like an alien on the face when we least expect them.  Releasing the alien and shifting into a brand new experience of life is a PROCESS!  Here are the steps:
 
Step #1: To change our beliefs, we must first become aware of them.  What is the current experience you would like to change or improve?  Ask:  what belief must I have in order to have this experience?  
 
Step #2:  Now, what is the experience you would PREFER to have?  FEEL into that experience with your whole Self.  Envision it clearly in your mind, as if you were watching a movie, frame by frame.
 
Step #3:  What is the belief one would need to have to have the experience you felt in Step #2?  Write that new belief several times until the new experience is created (FEEL it in your whole body/Self).
 
Step #4:  Lastly, DECLARE it with intention to create this new experience as a reality.  When we take absolute faith, the path to opportunity will open.
 
Repeat this process as often as you need to release limiting beliefs and be aware that this process takes time.  Be EASY on YOU!
