Tips for Being More in the Present Moment

  • Focus your attention on the inner energy of your body and feel into any emotion.
  • Realize deeply that all you ever have is the present moment.
  • Let go of your focus on time – past and future – everything only ever happens in the NOW.  
  • Understand there are no problems, only situations that need to be handled or accepted.
  • If there is not joy, ease and lightness in what you’re doing, then you are resisting something that IS.
  • If you are present, there is never a need to wait for anything.  
  • Dissolve the past through the power of your presence by observing it non-judgmentally.
  • Be aware of the beauty, majesty, and sacredness of nature as to become aware of such things, the mind needs to be still.
  • Dissolve your body, feel yourself becoming transparent and allow any negativity.  
  • When you accept what is, every moment is the best moment.  That is enlightenment!
