Step 2 — Begin Your Coaching Engagement
Many clients begin with a three-month commitment designed to create strong foundations and measurable movement. This includes:
- An initial Truth Scan (comprehensive assessment)
• Clarifying priorities and defining clear objectives
• Weekly Zoom sessions focused on awareness, aligned action, and steady progress
The goal is sustainable change, not quick fixes.
Step 3 — Continue in the Way That Supports You Best
After the initial three months, you may choose to continue with the structure that fits your rhythm:
