Sovereign Advisor & Retreat Curator
Micole Noble is a transformational coach, speaker, and retreat curator dedicated to helping people create lives of greater clarity, vitality, and purpose. Drawing from neuroscience, coaching, Ayurveda, and her own lived experience, she supports thoughtful, high-achieving individuals in creating success that feels sustainable and deeply aligned.
Since discovering Ayurvedagram in 2023, Micole has returned regularly to deepen her own healing journey and cultivate a meaningful partnership with its world-renowned Ayurvedic physicians. Inspired by the profound transformation she experienced through Panchakarma, she now curates intimate retreat experiences that bring together timeless healing traditions, personal growth, and intentional community.
As your retreat curator and guide, Micole is committed to creating a supportive, enriching environment where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience authentic Ayurvedic healing in one of India’s most respected wellness centers.
Dr. Suhas & Dr. Manisha Kshirsagar
Ayurvedic Physicians & Retreat Faculty
Dr. Suhas and Dr. Manisha Kshirsagar are internationally recognized Ayurvedic physicians dedicated to helping individuals restore health through authentic Ayurveda and Panchakarma. Together, they bring decades of clinical experience, education, and teaching in holistic medicine, combining traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern integrative approaches.
Dr. Suhas is a classically trained Ayurvedic physician with over 35 years of clinical experience, a best-selling author, international educator, and Director of Ayurvedic Healing in Santa Cruz, California. Dr. Manisha specializes in women’s health, skin and beauty, and has taught Ayurveda and Yoga in more than 30 countries while developing educational programs and natural wellness products.
As faculty for the India Panchakarma Retreat, they will guide participants through personalized Ayurvedic consultations, authentic Panchakarma therapies, and daily practices designed to restore balance, vitality, and long-term wellbeing.

What’s Not Included
Airfare to/from Bangalore Airport (arrive March 24, 2027 or before & return April 9, 2027)
2 nights at Taj Hotel (approx. $400US total, including taxes; paid directly to hotel upon arrival & checkout)
Note: Airfare to be arranged separately on your own, however, a contact to assist with flights can be provided. Taj Hotel arrangements will be handled for you.

- This retreat is health-focused and meant to be relaxing, not a “Tour India & See the Taj Mahal” type of experience.
- We stay at the Ayurvedic village for the entire 14 days.
- A Zoom call with an Ayurvedic physician will be held prior to arrival to ensure clarity about treatment plans.
